How Agent Commissions Work
Agent earnings are calculated based on the total income generated by their hosts, including video calls, virtual gifts, and chat interactions.
Example Calculation
Let’s say the total income generated by your hosts in one week is $100. If your commission rate is set at 10%, your total earning for that period will be $10.
Weekly Commission Cycle :
1. Host-Based Commission
This portion comes directly from the total earnings generated by your hosts. It includes income from video calls, virtual gifts, and chat activities.
The calculation is simple:
Total Host Earnings × Your Commission Rate
Example:
If your hosts generate $100 in a week and your commission rate is 10%, your earning will be $10.
2. Sub-Agent Commission
You can also earn additional income by inviting sub-agents to the platform. To qualify, a sub-agent must generate at least $10 in weekly commission; otherwise, no share will be credited.
The calculation is:
Sub-Agent’s Weekly Commission × 10%
Example:
If your sub-agent earns $500 in commission during a week, your share will be $50.

To ensure a safe and quality experience for all users, hosts are expected to follow the rules at all times. Violations are categorized into general and serious levels, and repeated issues may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions.
For minor violations, a warning will be issued initially. If multiple warnings occur within a short period, temporary suspension (such as a 24-hour live restriction) may be applied. Continued violations may result in account suspension.
